Social security cards or Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) Wage earning statements W-2, W-2G,&1099R Interest and dividend statements from banks Child care expenses with Providers EIN and receiptsp No Schedule A filers (itemized expenses) will be processed.

Last years tax returns (if available)
